Wilber and Wilber is a Port Clinton, Ohio, law firm, serving the legal needs of small businesses, local governments, individuals with estate planning and probate administration needs, and those with real estate legal needs including real estate development.  Our law firm was founded in the early 1900s and has continued, under different names, since that day. Today, Wilber and Wilber is led by attorney George C. Wilber, a Port Clinton native with more than 25 years in the legal practice.

Port Clinton Estate Planning & Probate Administration

A major focus of our law firm’s practice is general litigation services, with an emphasis on estate planning legal advice and probate administration for individuals and their families. The individuals and families we represent come from all walks of life – from retired manufacturing workers, to marina owners, to ferry company entrepreneurs. In connection to our estate planning & probate administration legal services, we also offer income tax preparation to select clients. Knowledge of the income tax, inheritance tax and gift tax laws is extremely useful as estate-planning strategies are developed.

Long-term Relationships and Ongoing Legal Representation

From our location in Port Clinton, we serve clients in Ottawa County, Sandusky County and Erie County.  George Wilber, a Port Clinton native, has served as the Law Director for the city of Port Clinton. In that role he acts as the city’s attorney to provide legal advice and consultation on such legal matters as ordinances, land use and zoning, and city planning.  Our law firm also provides legal services for other local government entities. In addition, our law office acts as general counsel for several small business clients and has provided ongoing legal representation as part of a long-term relationship.  We believe that we’ve been able to develop these long-term relationships because of the personal attention we provide, the quality of our legal advice, and the prompt response we give to each client.
